Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Kindsbags Tree Service wants kindsbags.homes to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard for you to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@kindsbags.homes and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on accessibility. Email contact@kindsbags.homes and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
